Silage foils are used to silage of green plants by covering formed prisms from properly fragmented corn, grasses, beetroot leaves destined for ensilages used for animal feeding. The foil is also used for silos topping and covering mounds with roots and plant bulbs.
Our silage foils are recognized among polish breeders and since many years they are known for their high mechanical resistance, lack of aging effect under influence of sunlight, perfect air tightness and resistance to silage acids. Due to special properties, the foil limits air access and light during forage silage process and ensures proper temperature required for proper course of silage process. Normal cover of prism also decrease the risk of dirt contamination during unfavourable weather conditions, simultaneously maintaining high nutritional value.
